The victim is not just murdered; her body has been meticulously posed, covered in disturbing religious symbols, pointing to a highly ritualistic and deeply disturbed killer. This gruesome discovery immediately draws in the GBI.

Will Trent, a brilliant but socially awkward and dyslexic agent, is assigned to the case. Great introduction to Will Trent books. Excellent story. Please be aware that although this story appears in the TV adaptation, they are very different. Obviously, the book is better.
